Founded by Atlassian, the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado, Rally for Impact and Salesforce.org, Pledge 1% empowers companies to donate one percent of product, equity, profit or employee time to improve communities around the world. By pledging 20 volunteer hours per employee annually, TrendyMinds is taking yet another step to demonstrate a commitment to philanthropic leadership and joining the ranks of other established Indiana-based corporations already pledging time, money and resources. In addition to pledging time through the program, TrendyMinds will also match employee contributions to approved charities and continue its pro bono service efforts. In 2014, TrendyMinds helped kick off the inaugural Rev Indy event with a financial donation and a variety of pro bono marketing services. In the first two years, the event raised more than $400,000 for the Indiana University Health statewide trauma programs including medical services for drivers and patrons at the Indiana University Health Emergency Medical Center of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
