Having worked at leading brands, such as Unilever, Eli Lilly and Company, Harrison College and Butler University, Catherine Stiver brings more than 15 years of varied marketing and leadership experience to TrendyMinds, including expertise in brand development, market research and lead generation. As Senior Vice President, Marketing Strategy, Catherine plans, directs and sets the strategic direction of forward-thinking marketing efforts for clients.
Focusing on product innovation at Unilever, Catherine spearheaded new product development projects while also contributing to the launch of Dove's pro-aging line. She kept her momentum rolling with her transition to Lilly where she created a global brandbook and accompanying creative campaign to keep brand execution consistent across the United States, Europe and Japan—efforts that ultimately led her to claim the Marketer of the Year award from Lilly.
As Vice President of Marketing and Communication at Harrison College, Catherine headed up all things brand and lead generation. Her focus on higher education while at Harrison echoes her time as a student at the University of Michigan and Duke University, Fuqua School of Business where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Masters of Business Administration, respectively.
While Catherine bobs and weaves with the punches of the ever-changing world of marketing, her agility also serves her well off the clock when wrangling three energetic, sports-crazed sons. Luckily, there’s mostly level ground in Indianapolis where she lives with her husband.
