The Digital Experience Specialist develops and manages the strategy and implementation process for all digital and interactive projects. The ability to produce and track successful personalized action plans for each client in order to execute goals is imperative. Championing forward-thinking and competitive digital experience practices, as well as building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients are key responsibilities of this role. Our ideal candidate should be passionate about building websites and will also play a part in attracting and developing additional professionals who will continue to grow our digital strategy team.

Book worm. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insights and emerging technologies, and share and implement those learnings in digital and interactive for client and internal projects.
Data nerd. Define, measure and report performance for client and internal projects.
Perfectionist. Ensure quality of all projects through extensive reviewing of project goals and deliverables.
Give a helping hand. Provide support and assistance to the content strategy and development teams with strategy and implementation, as needed.
Seek the best. You have experience with conversion experiments and usability testing, and enjoy running multivariate experiments to drive optimal results.
Team player. You know how to work with other team members and partner agencies, and they love you—or at least like you.
Self-starter. You know how to manage your schedule to hit near- and long-term deadlines.
A proven work history with at least 2 years in managing digital and interactive projects
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Passion for digital and interactive marketing strategies
Demonstrates data-driven thinking
