TrendyMinds Earns Spot as 2025 Fierce Pharma Awards Finalist

Great storytelling can drive real change, especially in healthcare and life sciences. That’s why we’re proud to share that our work for LillyDirect has been named a finalist in the Website for Consumer category at the 2025 Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards.

This recognition highlights the strategic, creative, and purpose-driven work we’re proud to do alongside our clients. The Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards celebrate the industry’s most impactful and innovative campaigns, and we’re honored to be among this year’s standout nominees.

Website for Consumer: Putting Patients in Control

Created in partnership with Lilly, this digital healthcare experience was designed to make care more accessible for patients living with chronic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, migraine, moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea with obesity, and memory and thinking disorders.

At its core, LillyDirect helps patients take greater control of their healthcare journey, connecting them with independent healthcare providers, treatment options, pharmacy support for select prescribed medicines, telehealth services, and wellness content tailored to their condition in one seamless digital experience.

A Seamless Launch Powered by Strategy + Storytelling

Together with Lilly, we:

  • Built a brand identity that combined digital innovation with human empathy.

  • Developed clear, patient-first messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Created a robust digital ecosystem, from educational videos and tools to guided care resources, designed to empower patients at every step, leveraging existing content and creating new assets where needed, and grounded in providing independent, third-party trustworthy resources that were not medicine branded to develop trust with patients.

  • Positioned LillyDirect as a first-of-its-kind offering from a major healthcare leader, highlighting accessibility, ease of use, and patient empowerment.

The launch significantly exceeded expectations, rapidly gaining traction in the direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical space. From January 2024 to April 2025, LillyDirect saw an 80x increase in monthly sessions, a testament to its usability, impact, and resonance with patients.

With thoughtful design, strategic storytelling, and a strong pulse on patient behavior, the campaign set a new standard for digital health engagement.

Why It Matters

This project was not just about launching a new digital product. By working closely with Lilly, we created an improved LillyDirect experience designed to help more people access the care and support they need, on their terms.

The Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards honor campaigns that drive change, spark conversation, and deliver measurable results. Together, we built a resource that is as intuitive as it is impactful, one that removes barriers, builds trust, and supports better health outcomes for patients.

Being named a finalist is a proud moment for our team, but the real win? Helping people take charge of their health in ways that feel empowering and easy.

Winners will be announced at the Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards Dinner on September 10 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, part of the Digital Pharma East Conference.
