The site uses privacy-first personalization to help users find relevant information faster, tailoring content and provider recommendations based on on-site behavior, search activity, and location — without collecting or storing personal identifiers. This approach delivers a more intuitive, locally relevant experience while fully protecting user privacy.

The revamped website delivered fast, measurable impact. Within two weeks of launch, online scheduling increased by 16%, while average monthly users climbed to more than 482,000 — a 25% increase over the previous site. These gains reflect stronger engagement, improved usability, and an experience designed to meet user needs from the moment it went live.
